Weight Loss Challenges
Hi Fellow Weight Watcher,
Are you having any weight loss challenges?
For me, I was combating with my losing weight for nearly a decade now…
But the funny thing was… I was terribly skinny in the early days of my life… and had to work out at gym to gain weight. (Come to think of it… that was a rather happy experience looking forward to eat a mountain everyday.)
So… several years ago, when I first discovered that I was overweight, I was literally shocked!
I couldn’t believe that I was overweight. Mentally, I was still that skinny, thin person in my youth. However, a few scales confirmed independently my reality of carrying about 10 kg (or 22 lbs) excess weight at 89 kg. (The ideal weight for my height of 175 cm should be a maximum of about 80 kg.)Having lost a few pounds here, a few pounds there… now (in 2008), I decide once and for all, to shed the extras down to 73 kg (or 160.6 lbs) by the end of 2008. Starting from over 83 kg from the beginning of 2008, it was quite a challenge…
But for the last 3 months, having followed a weight loss eating plan like ‘Fat Loss 4 Idiots‘ I already lost 3 kg towards achieving my goal. Will I make it? Check out my progress in the box says, “Can I reach 73 kg by 31-Dec 2008?”
