What’s your opinion towards weight loss - is it a motivation to lose weight or gain health?
Some people say that to gain health, you simply focus on the ‘eat healthy food’ habit and getting regular exercise. On the other hand, others are fanatical about weighing themselves on a daily basis and focusing on losing weight by following fad diets.
