That’s one of my meals on Day 1 of the 11-day diet…
Not bad, right? I never knew that dieting can be such fun
What I did was simply follow the menu that FatLoss4Idiots generated by its Diet Generator…
Although it takes a bit of getting used to - I mean, having a hunger feeling on and off on Day 1 due to the lack of noodles or rice - I managed to end the day with delicious shrimps according to the diet. Yummy!
Day 2 was a lot more challenging… with fruits, fruits and fruits. And, now I’m looking forward to Day 3 as I can see a lot of nice food there.
For now, I simply don’t want to check my weight yet but I know there’s definitely some drop…

I can confirm, as you will be able to by now as I am writing this in August, that this diet really does work; I have lost 21 lbs (pounds) in 3 lots of 11 days (with 3 days ‘holiday’ in between so 2 x 14, 11 = 39 days)! I tend to gain 3lbs back again during the three day ‘holiday’ that makes up the 14 days of each ‘cycle’ but then it drops off again in the first 4 days of the next 11 days with the 7 extra ponds being lost in the final 7 days. This holiday is supposed to confuse your body’s system so that it doesn’t try to stabilize the weight.
